Yesterday was FAB!

Everyone commented on how well the evening ran and the atmosphere, the students made positive comments towards the food, the DJ, and the presentation on the room. Given the number of people in the room and the temperature outside the air conditioning worked really well at keeping the room comfortable.

The gentleman controlling the cars on arrival worked his socks off and did a great job or organising a very large number of cars arriving at once.

Many thanks once again for sorting the room for last night’s meeting. Nearly every seat was taken which shows how cramped the old venue must have been! I have had some really great comments from clubs about the venue and how much better it is

It was my first time organising such a large event for my new employer, and I could not have asked for more from Nicola and her team. Every time I had a large request or the smallest query, Nicola was always on hand to sit down with me and talk me through the different options available. The catering staff were absolutely outstanding on the day of the event, welcoming and catering for 150 people with the highest professionalism and friendliness. The Revell Ward Suite at the John Smith’s Stadium is a fantastic venue for any function, big or small, and I will most certainly be holding any future events here – thank you Nicola and the team!

BOK Swimming club

Saturday was a roaring success, everyone had a wonderful time and exactly what the swimmers needed after a very difficult couple of years. On behalf of BOK Swimming Club could you kindly pass on our thanks to: The staff on the evening were absolutely brilliant (security and bar staff were very professional). The food was delicious, lots of people commented on the quality, so big thankyou to the chefs/caterers. The DJ was brilliant, playing appropriate songs which made for a lot of signing and dancing. Massive thankyou to you for making the booking process really simple, and setting up the room, everything was spot on – brilliant job Nicola. We will definitely be booking the room again, probably around the same time next year.
